Free Shipping
The Arts Music Store offers free shipping on orders totaling $199.99 CAD to customers living in Canada (Free shipping does not apply to Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories).
Some over sized items (e.g. Drum Kits, Bass Cabinets) do not qualify for free shipping and are call to order as stated in their product description.
Shipping Info
For The Arts Music Store web site orders, our standard shipping methods within Canada are Canada Post, Canada XpressPost and *FedEx; all other countries, XpressPost and *UPS.
*The Arts Music Store reserves the
right to use Canada Post, and XpressPost at no extra cost to the
customer, at our discretion.
The Arts Music Store will only ship to street residential and business addresses. We do not ship to POB addresses. Signatures are required.
It is The Arts Music Store's intent to promptly fulfill your order, however the time of day or day of the week the order is placed will affect the shipment date. Because we keep regular retail business hours, orders received after Friday at 2 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday at 10 a.m. EST and delivered that day; Tuesday if Monday is a Canadian statutory holiday.
We make every effort to maintain sufficient stocks of all merchandise to promptly fulfill your order, but occasionally this is not possible. If the item is backordered or sold out, you will be notified at the time the order is processed by email or phone.
